Palm Royale was created in 2003 for the brewer’s (Alfred Van Roy) 90th birthday celebration. Alfred has a passion for the distinct flavor of fermentation fruitness. It pours a modest, copper color and creates a frothy, big white head with good retention. One will pick up an aroma of banana, malts, and sweet breads. The flavor is only mildly bitter with some noticeably hints of sweetness throughout.
