First brewed at Bosteels, transfered to the Champagne region of France were it is treated much like a champagne with the bottles inverted and the yeast expunged and bottle recorked.
Deus is treated much like a champagne in that the bottles are inverted, the yeast expunged, and the bottle recorked. With an ABV of almost 12 percent, Deus maintains some pretty high carbonation and pours a beautiful yellow, golden hue. The aroma is of musty fruits, some dried spices, and a hint of cinnamon. The flavor is a fresh burst of fresh spices and sweet candies with a finish of sweetness.
