Lighter aromas have a crisp, zesty character. On the palate this is dry and crisp with hints of sweet zest and licorice. Finishes quickly, through cleanly. Gin's versatility with mixers has made it a prime beneficiary of the "recipe revolution." Although gin has generally been dominated by the martini, it mixes well with fruit juices and a variety of soft drinks.
