This is the Eleventh Fort’s first ever commercial release. Brewed with black malts, sea salt, and locally-grown Akha Ama coffee beans, this Black IPA is not something to be taken lightly. The aroma is of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and a hint of mixed berries. Its complex hop flavors shine through on the finish. The bitterness is complemented and well balanced by the malt backbone and sea salt. Recommended food pairing: grilled fish, calamari, BBQ ribs, Thai style grilled beef (Suer Rong Hai), and many more.
