An exquisite variety of specialty hops went into the brewing process of Mikkeller 19 IPA. In fact, the 19 in the name comes from the number of different hops used. The aroma, as you can imagine, is highly hoppy with lots of pine forest accents. The flavor is dominantly piney with some light malts and herbal bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is close to being thick, but not in an overwhelmingly manner.
