With an expressive and almost aggressive bouquet of ripe, black fruits, earthy pine resin, and subtle oak, Chateau Tayac Cuvee Larauza Bordeaux 2007 is well-balanced, rounded, and harmoniously structured. The palate is firm, but not overwhelmingly. Ample blackcurrant and plum fruits seem to make music on the palate. Best enjoyed with Italian dishes, moderately spicy cuisine, or as an aperitif.
