The grapes manually harvested from old bush vines in the early morning. Grapes where de-stemmed, crushed, put into 30.000L stainless steel tanks and free run juice immediately drained off the skins. Fermentation at 14-16ºC during 20 days in stainless steel. Very light salmon pink color. Fresh expressive red fruit such as juicy, ripe strawberries and blossoms. On the palate it is soft, silky and fruit driven with a refreshing acidity and an intense fruity finish.
