The Limburg White Beer is an unfiltered high-fermentation beer that is brewed according to a slow brewing procedure. No additional yeast is added afterwards, the final product that is poured into barrels or bottles has already attained its best possible taste, thanks to the original brewing yeast. Unfiltered and using high-fermentation, Limburgse Witte is brewed according to a slow brewing procedure. The appearance is slightly cloudy and slightly yellow in color. This beer features a nice aroma of fresh citrus fruits, lemon, and sweet tangerines. Limburgse Witte tastes well-crafted with accents of wheat, lemon zest, and some fresh coriander. The finish is dry, smooth, and very refreshing.
