Nitro looking pour, with a diminished ecru lid after a short time. Bright, clear umber color. Aromas of toasted malt, marzipan and herbal to grassy hops. Initial sip delivers a plethora of malt and sweetness. A bit too floral in the sweetness and the alcohol really shows up and distracts from the malt goodness. Feel flattens out. Linger returns to some nice toasted malt and bit of nuttiness. If that alcohol didn't jump on the palate this would be really good.
