A barrel aged gin from the small Four Pillars distillery in Yarra Valley, Australia. It's created using the same four pillars that their regular gin is based around - the still (called Wilma), the water (triple filtered Yarra Valley water), the botanicals (some local, some exotic, some classic) and love (the distillers love what they do and make). For their barrel aged expression, they let the gin rest in French oak barrels for between three-to-six months.
