Our Montepulciano La Piuma is very traditional: grapes are carefully hand-picked, generally between the end of September and early October. In cellar, grapes are de-stemmed and gently crushed. After the fermentation, our final product is a red wine with a bright and really deep color. At the nose we can find dark cherry, raspberry with interesting notes of pepper and hints of vanilla. In the mouth it has an important structure thanks to its full body character. The nice acidity grand a long and elegant final.
